Ayurvedic Consultation

Consultations usually last around 1.5-2 hours.

During a consultation, I will ask you a series of questions regarding your personal health history, current health issues, and lifestyle. We will review your diet extensively and address any concerns you may have. The focus of Ayurveda is primarily on diet, daily routine, lifestyle, and stress management. Making changes, however gradual, to any or all of these areas of your life can have profound positive effects on your health and wellness.

Please keep in mind at all times that Ayurveda is based on observation and experimentation. This means that the results you seek: 1) are often not immediate 2) may require experimentation and patience and 3) can be obscured by other life factors.

During our time together, we will review your:

  • Daily regimen and lifestyle
  • Meals, drinks, and snacks
  • Activity and energy levels
  • Digestive health
  • Sleeping patterns
  • Mental outlook and emotional health

I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through the European Institute of Vedic Studies. I have been trained to professionally administer various oleation (spa) treatments which I will offer on an as-needed basis for my patients following a thorough consultation.Please note: I currently do not recommend or otherwise prescribe herbs in my consultations.
